Design Problem
With different teams designing for Bell, Virgin, and internal tools, UI patterns had become inconsistent and hard to scale. There were duplicated components, mismatched styles, and fragmented handoff processes. This project focused on consolidating shared elements and enabling reuse across brands.
Solution
I created a flexible, multi-brand Figma library with standardized components and brand-specific variants. Documentation and usage guidance supported adoption across product teams. Within six months, the system was in use across five or more tools, reducing design time and improving consistency.
Reflection
Building trust was as crucial as building components. This project taught me that adoption happens when systems feel like a help, not a constraint — and that the real product is shared understanding.
