Unifying Bell’s multi-brand ecosystem into a scalable, consistent design system used across teams and product surfaces.
Overview
Bell, Virgin Plus, and Lucky Mobile have existing legacy UI causing inconsistent delivery across product teams. By consolidating patterns into a cohesive Figma-based system that supported cross-brand common components design velocity and speed to market increased.
My Role
App audit for existing UI and interaction patterns across native and web, creating a strong foundation to deliver standardized a design system. Reusable tokenized components in Figma were relayed quickly to engineering for implementations.
Impact
A unified design system that reduced experience design inconsistencies across Bell, Virgin, and Lucky, enabling faster prototyping and smoother developer handoff. It improved cross-team collaboration, reduced rework, and provided a shared visual language that supported future product initiatives.
